Plans have been approved for a 70-acre site in an outstanding strategic location. Immediately adjacent to Junction 9 on the M65 it will provide manufacturing and distribution occupiers with high quality, flexible and cost efficient space.
The site will create in excess of 650,000 sq ft of new employment space and plans include a new bridge link across the canal connecting the development directly to Junction 9 of the motorway.
